Allan is a successful property investor and developer, entrepreneur and podcast host. After successfully building a London-based IT consultancy business specialising in mergers and acquisitions, Allan quickly realised that sitting in a seven til seven corporate office was not his destiny. This realisation led Allan to discover the world of property investing and passive income.

Utilising his problem-solving skills developed from his IT background, Allan developed a long-term property investment strategy to provide himself with the freedom and choice to leave the "day job" when he decides it is the right time to do so.

Not wanting to work until retirement age and rely on the government, Allan has carefully invested in property. Purchasing a combination of BTL properties and aggressively diversifying into large HMO property conversions to rapidly increase his cash flow. In a short time, Allan has built a seven-figure property portfolio whilst working full-time in his IT business.

Through his podcast and one-to-one mentoring, Allan wants to share his experience and knowledge with others looking to create the freedom and choice to leave the corporate world on their own terms.
